Dreamegg

What Dreamegg makes

Dreamegg is mainly a sound machine brand. Its range covers white noise and nature sound devices for nurseries, bedrooms and travel. The Sunrise 1 is its wake-up light.

The Sunrise 1

On Dreamegg’s product page the Sunrise 1 lists at $64.99. It simulates dawn by rising from a faint glow to bright light, and adds 29 sound profiles, a 9-color dimmable night light and a 5 to 180 minute sleep timer that turns off sound and light together. Controls are on-device buttons only, and Dreamegg states that no Wi-Fi or data tracking is required. That suits anyone who wants a wake light without an app.

Dreamegg does not publish a lux figure for the sunrise at the pillow. Like most bedside wake lights, it is far dimmer than a light therapy lamp. Our sunrise alarm clocks page compares it with other models, and do sunrise alarm clocks work covers the evidence.

Warranty and returns

The product page lists a 1-year warranty and a 60-day return window, and the site advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee. Dreamegg also links to a paid warranty extension page.
