The Omnilux Contour Face mask is on our red light therapy page. It is a skin device. LED masks deliver red and near-infrared light to the face for wrinkles and skin tone; they have no established role in sleep or circadian timing.
Claims to check
Omnilux says it is backed by over 40 peer-reviewed clinical studies. That figure is the company’s own count. Check whether each study used the at-home mask, how many people took part and what it measured. The homepage we checked does not show an FDA clearance claim.
