Who CurrentBody is
CurrentBody was launched in 2009 by Laurence Newman and Andrew Showman. It is part of The Beauty Tech Group. The company describes itself as the creator of the first flexible LED light therapy mask, and also sells radio frequency devices, a hair growth helmet, neck masks, LED panels and other beauty tech.
What we list
The Skin LED Light Therapy Mask Series 2 is on our red light therapy page. It is a face mask for skin, not a device for sleep or circadian timing. We include LED masks because many buyers compare them with panels, and the evidence differs by use.
Claims to check
The US site shows an “FDA-CLEARED” badge but does not say on the homepage which products are cleared or for what. FDA clearance for an LED device usually covers a narrow indication, such as wrinkles or acne, and is not proof of broader benefits. Our guide to FDA-cleared red light therapy devices explains what clearance does and does not mean, and does red light therapy work covers the evidence by condition.
Returns
Shipping and return terms are on a separate delivery and returns page; the homepage does not state a window or warranty length.
